One more, we are absolutely thrilled and honoured to share that Work Extraordinary has been named ScaleUp Development Consultancy of the Year by the SME News Greater London Enterprise Awards. This marks the second year in a row that Work Extraordinary has been recognised by the team at SME News and the Greater London Enterprise Awards.

We continue to be totally bowled over with the recognition of the work we are doing, and the amazing founders and teams that we work with. We have noted that this year, in increasingly more challenging economic circumstances, founding a business and growing the team can be particularly difficult and daunting given the current climate. Holding firm to their vision, the leaders we work with maintain their focus, energy, and commitment to creating and nurturing amazing businesses where people not only feel valued, but are able to thrive and do their very best work.

This is not just about doing the right thing - though, invariably, our clients do believe that treating their teams well is doing the right thing - it also makes brilliant business sense. Your people are your brand. Your customers experience your brand through each and every interaction with your team.
