Barry is an organisational design, leadership, and culture development specialist with over 20 years of consulting experience with brands like Intel, Telefonica O2, Cisco, WPP, Lloyds Banking, and Selfridges. He has led culture change projects in organisations as diverse as Standard Chartered, M&S, Harrods, Intercontinental Hotel Group, and several growing tech firms and software houses.
He has sat on the leadership team for two venture-backed businesses and knows, first-hand, the tension between meeting the financial growth targets and keeping teams highly engaged and connected to the organisational purpose.
He has an MSc in Human Resources and an Executive MBA from London Business School. He is a qualified executive coach and NLP practitioner. Having started out in theatre and arts, he brings significant creativity to his work, integrating human emotion with evidence-based approaches and the latest data science.
