We follow a flexible framework approach that we call D4E to make sure we get the very best out of you and your people. D4E stands for:

  • Discovery: using a range of diagnostics, data science techniques, conversations and dialogue, we build a comprehensive picture of where you are currently and where you want to be
  • Explore: we share ideas, possibilities, stories to stimulate creative thinking and shake-up some of the beliefs and constraints on thinking
  • Experiment: together, we agree on what new practices or approaches you might try for a period to improve your ways of working and delivering customer outcomes
  • Evaluate: we examine what works and what doesn't, what to take forward, and what to abandon for the time being
  • Expand: armed with fresh insights, we look to embed new ways of working and build increased organisational capacity
